The purpose of data management is the sale of products and services within the scope of the data controller's business, the issuance of an invoice, partner registration, sales and payment documentation, fulfillment of accounting obligations, and contact with partners. Legal basis for data handling: data management is necessary for the performance of the contract; Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR and Article 169 of the Accounting Act.§ (2). The scope of personal data processed: name, address, address, position, telephone number, e-mail address.
Duration of data processing: Pursuant to Article 169 (2) of the Accounting Act, eight years. In case of a card payment, the bank card and the card payment transaction data are handled by K & H Bank.

The personal data handled: name, Mr./Mrs..., address, position, e-mail address, phone number.
Duration of data management: until the revocation of the data subject's consent, the termination of the contract, and eight years in accordance with Section 169 (2) (2) of the Accounting Act if a subscription is purchased.
A possible consequence of the non-provision of data is that the data subject is not informed about the offers of the data controllers and has limited access to the service.
