1. Introduction

MyCeppi Kft. hereinafter as data controller, with regard to the controlling of the data listed in the chapters 2.1., 2.3., 2.4 and with regard to the data listed in the chapters 2.1., 2.2., 2.2.1. MyCeppi ChemIT D.o.o. as data controller agree to be bound by the content of the present legal statement. They are also responsible for ensuring that all data management related to their activity meets the requirements set out in this Code and the applicable legislation. Data privacy policies related to the data controller's data management are permanently available at www.myceppi.com/adatvedelem.

The data controller reserves the right to change this information at any time.

2. The scope of the personal data, the purpose of the data processing, its title and duration

The data management of the data controller activities is based on voluntary contributions and on public data. However, in certain cases, the management, storage, and transmission of a given set of data are made mandatory by law.

We call upon the data controller to inform the data controllers that, if they do not provide their personal data, the data supplier is obliged to obtain the consent of the person concerned.

The Data Handling Principles of the Data Controller are in line with existing data protection legislation, in particular with the following:
Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46 data protection regulation) GDPR.
Act CXII of 2011. on the right of informational self-determination and the freedom of information (info act)
Act V. of 2013. on the Civil Code
Act C of 2000 on Accounting (Accounting act)

2.1 Customer Information

The purpose of the data management is to sell the product and the service in the business of the data controller, to issue the invoice, to register the partners, to document the sales and payment, to fulfill the accounting obligation, to keep in touch with the partners.

Legal basis for data handling: data management is necessary for the performance of the contract; Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR and Article 169 of the Accounting Act.§ (2).

The scope of personal data processed: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address.

Duration of data processing: Pursuant to Article 169 (2) of the Accounting Act, eight years. In case of a card payment, the bank card and the card payment transaction data are handled by K & H Bank.

Data transfer: In case of credit card payment, the payer's identifier, the amount, date and time of the transaction to K & H Bank.

Legal basis for the transfer of data: data processing is needed ( Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR) for the performance of the contract.

2.2 ChemIT Internet Application

Public and voluntarily published company data and the data of those contacted to request their consent for direct marketing purposes are handled by MyCeppi ChemIT D.o.o.

The purpose of the data processing: the creation of commercial databases, sending e-mail newsletters containing advertising to stakeholders and transmission of the offers of data controllers and their partners.

The legal basis of data processing: the voluntary consent of the person concerned.

The scope of personal data processed: name, Mr./Mrs..., address, position, telephone number, e-mail address.

Duration of the data handling: until the consent of the contributor concerned is withdrawn.

Based on the stored data, automatic decision-making is not done, but data processors can filter using the parameters they set. Data processors are the clients of the data controller.

A possible consequence of a failure to provide information is that the person concerned is unaware of the data management and partner's bids.

2.2.1 ChemIT mobile application

In addition to the ChemIT Internet application, the personal data processed during registration are: name, position, address, telephone number, e-mail address. When using this application, a token for identifying login information is stored on a mobile device for ease of use. For the provision of services GPS coordinates might be queried, but they are not stored in the application.

The aim of the data management is to ensure the proper functioning of the application contract

Legal basis for data handling: data management is necessary for the performance of the contract; GDPR Article 6 (1) (b).

2.3 myCEPPI mobile app

The purpose of the data management is to identify the subscribers of the application, to forward the bids of the data controllers.

The legal basis for data handling is the voluntary contribution of the concerned person; Grt. Section 6 (5), and data management is necessary for the performance of the contract; Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR, paragraph 169 of the Accounting Act. § (2).

The personal data handled: name, Mr./Mrs..., address, position, e-mail address, phone number.

Duration of the data handling: until the date on which the consent of the contributor concerned is withdrawn, until the termination of the contract and pursuant to the Accounting Act. (2) of Article 169 (2) if a subscription has been made.

The potential consequences of the failure to provide data is that the stakeholder is unaware of the bidders' offers and the service is limited.

2.4 myceppi.com website management of cookies

The data controller places a cookie that does not contain personal information for the duration of a given session, and it will not be used for tracking the user.
